Bars on a Mission

We are so much more than just a bar. We’re a brand with a social cause! We give back to women who are fighting gynecologic cancers. Patty’s House is named after Jaime’s mom, who fought and died from ovarian cancer. They had no money and no insurance at the time. No family should worry about deciding whether to pay for their mom’s treatment or buy food! We are not just a bar. We are Bars On A Mission!

A Message From Our Founder

Jaime Fontaine Nappi

I lost my mom to stage IV ovarian cancer – the silent killer. She was only 43 years old. I was devastated and still am. After going through this loss, I wanted to help others who were going through this. I founded a nonprofit, Patty’s House, for women who are fighting gynecologic cancers. A cancer diagnosis can deplete one’s income and savings, even with insurance. We lost everything, including our home.

EatToHeal is so much more than a real food bar- We are Bars On A Mission! Part of the success will go back to our local women who are fighting this deadly disease. We lost everything, including our home. No family should worry about making the decision to pay for mom’s treatment or buy food.

To the husbands, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, best friends, mothers and fathers who have lost your loved one to cancer, I am truly sorry. My heart aches for us. This mission is also for you and the one you lost. 💛

XO,
